• User Settings: We store your preferences including quality threshold settings and tutorial completion status.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Camera Data: The App accesses your device camera to capture photos and perform real-time face detection. All processing happens on your device using Apple's Vision framework.
• Photo Storage: Selfies you capture are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your photos to our servers.
• Face Detection Data: The App analyzes facial landmarks (19+ detection points) to provide quality scoring and guidance. This analysis happens on-device in real-time and is not stored or transmitted.
• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous analytics data including app launches, feature usage, tutorial completion, and crash reports to improve the App.
• Device Information: We collect device type, iOS version, and app version for compatibility and support purposes.

1.3 Subscription and Payment Information

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple provides us with:

• Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled)
• Subscription type (weekly or yearly)
• Purchase and renewal dates

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Tutorial completion status
• Personal best scores (metadata only, not photos)

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Firebase (Google)

4.4 RevenueCat (if applicable)

Purpose: Subscription management and analytics

Data Shared: Anonymous user ID, subscription status, purchase events

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

You can request deletion of your account and associated data:

Upon deletion, we will remove:

• Cloud-synced settings
• Usage analytics tied to your account

Note: Photos stored locally on your device must be deleted manually through your device's Photos app or by uninstalling Cheez.

6.4 Opt-Out of Analytics

You can limit analytics collection through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share iPhone Analytics (disable).

6.5 Opt-Out of Personalized Ads

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads (disable).

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services:

• Account Data: Retained until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days
• Photos: Stored locally on your device indefinitely until you delete them
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data retained for up to 2 years
• Support Emails: Retained for 1 year for customer service purposes

8. Children's Privacy

Cheez is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately. Parents who believe their child has provided information should contact us at support@cheezapp.top.

9. International Users

Cheez is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK: We comply with GDPR requirements. Your data rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) are honored. Contact us to exercise these rights.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
